Privacy Policy

Who we are

Netacore is an uptime monitoring and status page platform operated by Netacore Group, LLP (“Netacore”, “we”, “us”). This policy explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and the choices you have. Questions go to support@netacore.com.

Information we collect

• Account information. Your email address and a password. Passwords are stored only as salted hashes; we never store or see your plaintext password.
• Billing information. Payments are processed by Stripe. We receive your plan and payment status; we do not store your full card details.
• Service configuration. The monitors, alert rules, teams, and status pages you set up, including the URLs and endpoints you monitor. Credentials you save for checks (such as auth headers) are stored encrypted and are decrypted only for the moment a check runs.
• Monitoring results. Check outcomes, response times, incident history, and screenshots captured by browser flow checks.
• Status page subscribers. If someone subscribes to a status page you publish, we store their contact details on your behalf to deliver your updates.
• Technical logs. IP addresses and request metadata, kept for security and reliability.

How we use it

To run the service: executing your checks, sending the alerts and status updates you configure, billing your plan, providing support, and keeping the platform secure. We do not sell personal information and we do not show third-party advertising.

Who we share it with

We share data only with the infrastructure providers needed to run the service:

• Cloudflare: hosting, content delivery, and check execution.
• Neon: managed database hosting.
• Stripe: payment processing.
• Amazon Web Services: email delivery for alerts and notifications.

This marketing site loads fonts from Google Fonts, so Google receives your IP address when the fonts load. We plan to self-host fonts to remove this.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data while your account is active. If you close your account, or ask us to, we delete your account data. Email support@netacore.com to request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data. Depending on where you live, laws such as the GDPR or CCPA may give you additional rights; we honor requests under them.

Security

All traffic is encrypted in transit with TLS. Saved check credentials are encrypted at rest, and access to production systems is restricted. No system is perfectly secure; if we learn of a breach affecting your data, we will notify you.

Children

Netacore is not directed at children and we do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date above. Material changes will be announced to account holders by email.
